The Springport Village Council agreed by consensus at its Dec. 10, 2024 workshop to appoint Keshia Severns to the Village Council as a trustee. President Barnette led the meeting and Theresa Woolworth, the clerk/deputy treasurer, recorded the roll call and the appointment.
Keshia Severns had expressed interest in serving as a trustee during the meeting and the council resolved the appointment without a recorded roll-call vote. No public comment on the appointment was recorded at the workshop.
Minutes from the workshop are noted as subject to approval at the next council meeting on Dec. 12, 2024.
