At the special meeting convened at 6:02 p.m., council members reviewed the prior 2025 millage rate of 14.8678 and two 2026 options: Option 1 at 14.4737, estimated to generate $252,445.60, and Option 2 at 13.7195, estimated to generate $239,291.08. Trustee Marier moved to set the 2026 millage at 14.4737 (allocated as General 11.6686 and Street 2.8051); Trustee Korby supported the motion. The council voted all ayes and the motion carried.
Following the vote, Trustee Korby moved to close the special meeting, supported by Trustee Balma; the council voted all ayes and adjourned at 6:07 p.m.
