Sparta council approves construction bids, wastewater design-build contract and payables

Informational fund totals (Fire Department, SRA Park Fund, Downtown Development Authority) totaling $31,241.78 were also listed. Tom Peoples moved to approve the payables; Brenda Braybrook supported the motion and the council approved payment 4-0.
