Board adopts NEOLA policy updates, keeps two‑reading practice for future updates

Board Member Kelly Bebow moved to approve the NEOLA updates and Member Carla Trevino supported the motion; a roll-call vote recorded seven ayes and the motion passed. The board also discussed B.L.0131.1 and agreed to continue requiring two readings for all future policy updates.
The NEOLA updates were presented as part of the superintendent’s routine policy review; the board did not attach amendments or vote down any provisions during the meeting.
