At the meeting, Board Member William Bosquez moved to approve and pay the board bills in the stated amount; the roll-call vote recorded seven ayes and the motion passed. The board subsequently reviewed the district's financial reports and directed Administrative Assistant Diann Woodcock to place the monthly receipts on file.
The approvals came as part of the board’s regular business, including passing its monthly activity report and approving prior meeting minutes. The board did not alter the district’s budget allocations during the meeting.
Board action: the payment of $1,319,135.55 was approved by roll call (Carrie Salladay, Kelly Bebow, John Pavlik, William Bosquez, Chad Clark, Steve Brimmer and Carla Trevino voting aye). The financial reports were reviewed; monthly receipts will be filed by Diann Woodcock.
The board also appointed a delegate to the Michigan Association of School Boards’ Delegate Assembly and approved several personnel items later in the meeting.
