Land Use Review Commission approves Lambertson Farms replat with added traffic condition after close vote

The Land Use Review Commission approved LURC 2026-9 — Lambertson Farms Filing No. 4 Replat C Final Plat and Site Development Plan, and the Lambertson Farms Planned Unit Development 6th Amendment — on April 27, 2026, by a 4 to 3 vote after adding a traffic-related condition and requiring technical corrections to the final plat.

Senior Planner Ted Harberg summarized the staff report and asked that it be made part of the record. Applicant representatives Jeff Marek of Terracina Design and Caleb Feaver of Fox Tuttle spoke for the project. The amendment passed 5 to 2, with Commissioners Bruce Peterman and Frank Dong voting no. The original motion as amended passed 4 to 3, with Commissioners Williford, Peterman and Dong voting no.
