John Meister, identified in the meeting as the community development director, told the board the plat had planning commission approval and that developers were "eager to get this thing signed and recorded before the end of the fiscal year." Meister said the plat is a 10‑lot subdivision up on the Rimrock. Commissioners discussed whether the signature could be completed the following day and confirmed that a single commissioner signature could be recorded on behalf of the board if needed.
A motion to approve signing of the plat was made and seconded; the motion carried with the members present voting in favor. The board noted the recording should occur before the close of the fiscal year to meet developers' timing.
The board then moved on to report-outs and adjournment.
