Mayberry said door access control wiring and ADA work are scheduled next week at Delair and Holly Glenn and that Da Vinci’s cafe project is complete and operational. The district previewed a feasibility study and an RFP for a future Delair TK building expansion planned for 2027 and invited board members to a Measure EE citizen oversight tour on Aug. 3.
The board took several routine actions: it reappointed Measure EE citizens bond oversight committee members (11.1) and approved a fiscal‑year 2026–27 software services renewal with KBY Technologies to support the Measure EE bond program (11.2); both motions carried 4–0.
