Poweshiek County Board approves agenda, minutes and a Fourth of July fireworks permit

Supervisor Jacki Bolen moved and Supervisor Jason Roudabush seconded approval of the agenda; the motion carried with two ayes. Bolen moved and Roudabush seconded approval of the June 18 minutes; that motion also carried with two ayes. The board then approved a fireworks permit for the Lake Ponderosa Association to hold a display on July 4, 2026 at the Lake Ponderosa causeway; the permit motion was moved by Bolen, seconded by Roudabush and carried with two ayes.
At 9:57 a.m., Bolen moved and Roudabush seconded to adjourn; the motion carried and the meeting ended. The board did not take other formal votes during the session.
