The minutes list a variety of other expenditures including loan payments, bank service charges and vendor contracts.
In correspondence, the council received a letter from the Iowa Regional Utilities Association notifying the city that rural water rates would increase 14% beginning Jan. 1, 2026; the letter was received for the record and no action was taken at the meeting. The council approved routine motions (agenda and consent items) to accept the minutes, bills and financial reports for the period.
