Saline County Board of Equalization approves agenda and prior minutes; no public comment

The Saline County Board of Equalization met Sept. 2, 2025, in the Saline County Commissioners' Room at the courthouse in Wilber. Chairperson Stephanie A. Krivohlavek called the meeting to order at 9:17 a.m., led the Pledge of Allegiance and noted that proceedings were being electronically recorded.
During roll call Clerk Diann Nettifee recorded Commissioner Phil Hardenburger as absent; Commissioners Krivohlavek, Brian Pribyl, Russ Karpisek and Ray Rohrig were present. Commissioner Russ Karpisek moved to approve the agenda; Commissioner Ray Rohrig seconded the motion and it carried with Krivohlavek, Pribyl, Rohrig and Karpisek voting aye and Hardenburger recorded as absent.
Commissioner Brian Pribyl moved to approve the minutes of the previous Board of Equalization meeting; Commissioner Ray Rohrig seconded. That motion also carried by the same recorded vote of the attending commissioners. There were no public comments during the Citizens Forum portion of the meeting.
With no further business, Chairperson Krivohlavek declared the meeting adjourned at 9:19 a.m. Clerk Diann Nettifee certified the minutes. The board announced its next regular meeting for Sept. 16, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. in the same location.
