Polar Engineering presented a final plat and an amended site plan for Racetrack Inc., a one-lot subdivision and site consolidation related to previous March 2025 approvals. The engineer said staff comments and required revisions were addressed and that the site plan includes roadway improvements and additional utility dedications.
“According to us, the plat looks good,” the presenter said, noting highway dedication, monument signs and necessary roadway changes including an additional turn lane and culvert work that staff reviewed.
A commissioner moved for final plat approval and acceptance of the amended site plan; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Staff asked the petitioner to provide finalized documents that reflect minor edits discussed at the meeting.
The approval is for the final plat and amended site plan only; future building permits and construction will require separate plan reviews and permitting.
