Pittsgrove mayor says EMS services will be rebid after county purchase of ambulances; tree lighting set for Dec. 6

Mayor Fiore J. Copare told the Township Committee on Nov. 26 that the EMS and ambulance service contract will be put back out to bid. He said Salem County purchased three ambulances and that county service may be able to provide coverage for Pittsgrove; the minutes record this as the mayor’s announcement rather than a finalized agreement.
Copare also thanked the Recreation Advisory Committee for local events and announced the annual Tree Lighting at Deer Pen Park, scheduled for Dec. 6 at 5:00 p.m. Committeewoman Spinelli and Committeeman Yeagle were thanked for their roles in the recent Veteran’s Day event.
