Technical details discussed by members and the record include use of existing Eversource overhead lines to connect the array to the grid, approximately 10 feet of space between panel rows, fixed panels set at 25-degree angles, a proposed vegetated pond to control runoff, and ongoing site maintenance and 24/7 monitoring as part of the project proposal. The scheduled public hearing will allow neighbors, conservation stakeholders and other interested parties to review the engineer and wetlands comment letters and to provide input before the agency makes any regulatory determinations.
