Council Member Ray Botch moved to approve Ordinance #2024-32; Council Member Mike Young seconded the motion and the recorded vote was unanimous (Botch, Gliosci, Moore, Young, Lewis). The ordinance was adopted as presented. The petitioner and staff provided no additional conditions or implementation timeline during the meeting.
The council did not provide a timetable for any subsequent land-use filings or development proposals related to the parcel; zoning has changed from residential-mobile home to agricultural classification as of the vote.
