In response, the council voted (motion by Max Allen, seconded by Sue Sapp) to remove Clayton Lundstedt and Tammy Meints from the Housing Authority Board pending adherence to appropriate procedures; the motion carried 4-0. Immediately afterward, Mayor Meints nominated Clayton Lundstedt back to the board and the council voted (motion by Max Allen, seconded by Curt Oblinger) to accept Lundstedt’s appointment; motion carried 4-0.
