Board approves routine contracts, personnel actions and service agreements

- Labor settlements: The board approved the 2025''27 principal unit contract (no base salary increase for 25'6, a one-time stipend ~1.5% of base and a 2.25% increase in 26'7) and the director unit contract with similar stipend provisions and reclassifications.
- Facilities and service agreements: The board approved a three-year lease with North Homes for space at the Itasca Education Center (base rate $17.75/sq ft; total contract cost $19,383), a two-year business services agreement with ISD 319 Nashua-Keewatin (4% and 4% increases over two years), a two-year fiscal-host agreement with IASK (10% fee increase), and professional-services agreements with IASK for low-incidence special-services staffing.
- Memberships: The board approved continued membership in the Minnesota Rural Education Association.
