Board member Emily Laws presented the February and March bills and financial reports, and the board approved them by motion. The approval followed routine review; the minutes record the reports were "presented and reviewed with the Board by E. Laws."
Board member Michael McMahon suggested the Board develop a policy to recognize donations of $500 or more going forward. Emily Laws agreed to look into the suggestion and report back to the Board. The minutes do not record a formal motion or timeline for adopting a donor-recognition policy.
