Ken McInerney told the Select Board that the town is working to finalize a land donation associated with a Woodlands Partnership FY24 grant. Legal counsel provided suggested language changes to the memorandum of understanding (MOU) governing the donation; Ken said he will resend the suggested MOU edits to Piotr Masiakowski and will call a Conservation Commission meeting to consider accepting the donation.
Ken said that, should Piotr accept the revised MOU and should the Conservation Commission vote in favor of acceptance, the town will proceed to hire a surveyor to complete required parcel work. The board placed the schoolhouse-boundary discussion on a subsequent agenda item to coordinate boundary clarification alongside mowing decisions.
