The New Ashford Select Board approved the minutes from its June 20, 2024 meeting and unanimously appointed Jeremy Knox as captain of the Fire Department during its July 8 meeting. Mark Phelps moved to approve the minutes; Ken McInerney seconded, and the motion carried without opposition.
The board recorded that the Fire Department nominated Jeremy Knox and that the appointment passed by unanimous vote after the motion by Phelps and second by McInerney. The board set its next meeting for July 22, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., and adjourned at 7:16 p.m. on a motion by Chair Jason Jayko, seconded by Ken McInerney.
