Because of regional mail delays, the clerk recommended using the town Dropbox in front of Town Hall or handing ballots to staff in person. Voters whose registration shows an inactive status after the census roll‑back should bring identification to the polls. The clerk also reminded voters that poll workers cannot advise how to vote on ballot questions and that campaign materials or signage are prohibited within 150 feet of polling locations.
