Council members moved and seconded the item and recorded affirmative votes from members present (Sean, Earl, Jennifer, Josh). The item was described as within the amount already budgeted for the current year; staff indicated they did not expect to spend the full $25,000.
The council did not specify a contractor in the meeting; final contractor selection and scheduling will be handled by staff and appear on a future agenda if necessary.
