The director also reported strong digital use (Hoopla audio books and themed packs) and described a planned fiber upgrade that will also improve fire‑alarm connectivity.
Trustees planned logistics for a summer outreach presence (Party in the Park), committed volunteers for setup and takedown shifts, and discussed marketing and web pages to support the Ramdale renovation campaign. Several trustees urged more frequent task‑focused meetings this summer to coordinate events, PR and fundraising; chairs were asked to consider additional special meetings or working sessions and to circulate a concrete checklist of actions ahead of July 1.
