The application was submitted by Charles Weyker. Dawn Wagner, Village Administrator, read the Statement of Public Notice at the start of the meeting. Chair Jim Nowlen called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.; the board listed Donen and Skelton as attending via Zoom. No other matters were raised, and the board adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
Next steps for the project are the applicant's completion of any conditions identified by the Building Inspector and securing applicable permits before construction may begin.
