Staff confirmed the proposed color is on the Pella Color Palette and that the application substantially meets the Architectural Design Guidelines for the Historic Dutch Design District. Billy Blake, representing Ratcliff & Blake Insurance, attended to answer questions.
Christi Vander Voort moved to approve the application and Wayne Stienstra seconded; the committee carried the motion 10-0.
