Saukville Plan Commission approves child-advocacy wall sign, recommends Market Street parcel split

Chairman Andy Hebein called the Saukville Plan Commission to order at 5:45 p.m. on May 5, 2026 at the Saukville Municipal Center and via Zoom.
The commission first approved the minutes of its March 3, 2026 meeting after a motion by Commissioner Jim Nowlen, seconded by Commissioner Kristi deBruijn. The motion carried.
The body then considered a request from Jordan Marshall for a wall sign for Lakeshore Regional Child Advocacy at 134 S. Foster Dr. Commissioner Jim Nowlen moved to approve the sign; Commissioner Kristi deBruijn seconded the motion, which carried. The commission did not record a roll-call vote in the transcript.
Next, Ansay Development Corporation, represented at the meeting by Ian McCain, presented a Certified Survey Map on behalf of Northern Gateway Partners LLC for property at 513-535 Market Street (Tax Key No. 11-124-00-00-002). The map would divide Outlot 2 into two parcels: Lot 1 (2.16 acres) and Lot 2 (1.28 acres). Commissioners Kristi deBruijn and Jim Nowlen moved and seconded a recommendation that the Village Board review and approve the Certified Survey Map; that recommendation carried.
There were no other matters on the agenda. Commissioner Jim Nowlen moved to adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Pamela Duckart; the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 5:49 p.m.
The Plan Commission’s recommendation on the Certified Survey Map will be considered by the Saukville Village Board; the transcript does not include the Board’s response or any recorded vote counts for the motions taken by the commission.
