Eric also proposed reusing millings from State Route 6 milling operations for the town's low-traffic dirt road in the Lake View area after screening and reprocessing, citing precedent from a neighboring town. He said that practice reduced costs and that Coventry had success with similar treatments.
Budget: Eric said there is a $688,000 carryover from last year and the Board of Finance allocated $385,000 for this cycle. He asked for a small cushion to address potential price volatility in asphalt and materials.
