The District School Board of Collier County on May 6 unanimously approved a resolution ratifying a tentative agreement between CCA and Collier County Public Schools, the board said at a special meeting.
Board Chair Stephanie Lucarelli called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m., read the meeting guidelines and introduced the agenda item to ratify the tentative agreement the board said was decided at a May 1, 2026 impasse hearing and covers all tentative agreements and memoranda of agreement reached with CCA during the 2025–2026 negotiations cycle.
