President Lutke said the Village Planning Commission had recommended adoption of the ordinance. Councilmember Bahle moved to adopt Ordinance Z-2026-01 (Amendment No. 18 of Ordinance 2 of 2018); Councilmember Christensen seconded. The roll call recorded Christensen, Bahle, Perkins and Lutke voting “Yes.”
The ordinance updates local language governing EV charging stations; the Planning Commission recommendation was cited as the primary reason to move the change forward. No council member recorded opposition during the meeting, and the council took no additional amendments.
The ordinance was adopted as presented. The council adjourned at 5:46 p.m. and did not set further action on the ordinance during this meeting.
