Sherman committee to invite former members back; Park and Rec seeks a larger role in senior center planning

Chairperson Joan Laucius told members during the June 9 meeting that she would approach former committee members Karen Cardillo and Laura Jagodzinski to ask whether they would consider returning to the Sherman Senior Center Building Committee.
During the final public comment period, Stan Greenbaum, representing the Park and Rec Commission, said the commission needed to be more involved in planning. Committee members responded that they would welcome Park and Rec input and would include the commission in future planning discussions.
The meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.; minutes were submitted by Don Lowe, acting as clerk.
