Mayor Cowper described a tentative location east of the restrooms toward Telegraph and a possible footprint of a 24-foot by 32-foot shelter with a 26-foot by 40-foot concrete slab.
The council did not take a vote; Mayor Cowper asked staff to put the pavilion proposal on a future study session agenda so the council can review design options, costs, and public feedback.
