A committee member moved to "acknowledge receipt of the accounts receivable report for the commission" and to similarly acknowledge "receipt of the cash summary." The Chair seconded the motion. The Chair then called for a voice vote; in the recorded exchange the committee member and the Chair both said "Aye," and the motion carried.
Later, the committee member moved to approve the MBA open invoice register in the amount of $44,349.69. The Chair seconded; the assembled members again approved the register by voice vote.
Meeting participants noted there was no disbursement listing available for review and that there were no purchase requests for the Municipal Building Authority at this time.
