Member Scott Utke moved to approve the 2025 annual report and Ark Pang seconded; the motion passed 3-0 (Vollaro-aye, Pang-aye, Utke-aye). Ark Pang subsequently moved to approve the Jan. 28, 2026 meeting minutes; Scott Utke seconded and the motion also passed 3-0. The board adjourned at 8:31 p.m.
These actions complete routine board business for the night and formalize the board’s recent work in the town records.
