Member Kouchakdjian moved to approve the minutes; Member Carty seconded. The motion passed 2-0, with each member stating aye.
The subcommittee scheduled its next regular meeting for Nov. 8, 2024 and added an additional meeting for Dec. 6, 2024. At 1:32 p.m., Member Kouchakdjian moved to adjourn; Member Carty seconded and the motion passed 2-0.
