Sudbury Housing Trust ratifies January transactions, rescinds prior minutes approval

At its March 12 meeting the Sudbury Housing Trust ratified January 2026 financial transactions and later voted to rescind an earlier approval of the Feb. 12, 2026 minutes.
Liz Rust, Director of the Regional Housing Services Office, presented January financials including routine items such as salary, lottery advertising and engineering work for 77 Hudson Road; she reported a closing balance of $1,535,636.63. Vice Chair Jack Ryan moved to ratify the January transactions; the roll-call vote was recorded as unanimous 'Aye.'
Earlier in the meeting, John Riordan moved to approve the Feb. 12 minutes as amended and the board voted to approve. Later, citing inaccuracies in that approval, Janie Dretler made a motion to rescind the Feb. 12 minutes approval; Carmine Gentile seconded and the rescission passed by unanimous roll-call vote.
The meeting closed after a motion to adjourn from Jack Ryan, seconded by Jeff Levine; the roll-call vote was unanimous.
No formal votes were taken on acquisitions or program financing at the March 12 meeting; those items remain under development and are expected to return with a draft policy for the April meeting.
