The Sudbury Housing Trust voted Feb. 12 to enter into a $4,000 contract with the Lexington Housing Assistance Board (LexHAB) for lottery services covering a main unit and an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), plus ongoing Ready Renter list services.
Staff presented the contract terms: total compensation of $4,000 to be paid in staged installments ($1,000 on signing, $2,000 on marketing-plan approval, $1,000 on holding the lottery). The Trust noted the contract uses longstanding boilerplate previously drafted by Town Counsel and used historically by the Trust.
