Executive Director S. Cusolito told the board the authority will meet with the Massachusetts Housing Authority (CHA) on Feb. 24 to review a draft request for proposals for design-build services related to the 705 redevelopment. She said she will not attend but recommended the board proceed given scheduling constraints among commissioners. Cusolito added that work by the firm ZED is on hold and that the RFP review is an opportunity to consider other design types that might be more cost-effective.
