The Sudbury Housing Trust voted Feb. 12 to approve its 2025 Annual Report after staff agreed to several editorial and formatting changes.
Staff presented the draft report and noted recommended edits including spelling and acronym guidance (spell out CHAPA on first mention and include the acronym), replacing the word “residence” with “attendees” or “the public” when describing a forum, clarifying that the Housing Roundtable “will aim” to be established rather than implying it already exists, and standardizing the term “roundtable” to match the Housing Production Plan convention. Staff agreed to implement the edits and make minor stylistic changes identified by the Trust.
Janie Dretler moved to approve the report as amended and Jack Ryan seconded. The motion passed by roll call vote: Carmine Gentile — Aye; Jack Ryan — Aye; Kay Bell — Aye; Jessica Cerullo-Merrill — Aye; Gabe Ciccariello — Aye; Janie Dretler — Aye; Cynthia Howe — Aye; John Riordan — Aye.
The approved report will be placed in the Town Hall vestibule for signatures immediately after the meeting. No further substantive policy decisions were made on the report at this session.
