The commission also agreed to offer one seat to the town’s social workers, one to a Sudbury for Racial and Social Justice representative, and to consider extending invitations to the Commission on Disabilities, former commission members and town staff.
The session planning emphasizes participation by municipal and school leadership to build consistent community conversation tools across partnering towns. The commission did not record budget allocations or final participant lists during the meeting; follow‑up will include formal invitations and coordination led by designated liaison contacts.
