Clinton council appoints committee member, names town auditor and approves small budget transfer

The Town Council unanimously approved several procedural actions during its May 20 meeting. Carrie Allen moved and Brian Roccapriore seconded the appointment of Susan Dellenbaugh to the Beautification Committee for a term ending June 30, 2028; the motion passed unanimously.
The council also appointed PKF O’Connor Davies as the town’s auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The motion to appoint the firm was made by Council member Chris Aniskovich and seconded by Chris Passante and was unanimously approved.
Separately, the council approved a line-item transfer to reallocate funds: reduce the probate court line by $2,200 and bank fees by $2,000, and increase the registrar of voters part-time wages by $4,200. The line-item motion was made by Chris Passante and seconded by Jeremiah Dunn and was recorded as unanimously approved.
All three votes were recorded in the minutes as unanimous; the minutes do not show recorded dissenting statements or abstentions.
