The presentation consisted of images taken that day and photos dated Oct. 8; the chair told the commission there had been little change since the prior month.
Zoning Enforcement Officer J. Gigliotti provided the commission with the monthly zoning report, available at Town Hall. The report, as recorded in the minutes, lists one permit issued related to a run-in with a tack room on Singleton Road and one Certificate of Zoning Compliance for a newly constructed single-family residence on Phoenixville Road.
Alternate Peter Haines asked whether a January 2024 correspondence from resident Dave Shenker about Phoenixville Road had been resolved. According to the minutes, no formal enforcement action had been recorded at that time; the truck mentioned in the complaint was registered and moved to the property's backyard.
The commission concluded the items and subsequently approved other agenda business before adjourning at 7:49 p.m.
