During the meeting, Alternate Peter Haines asked whether a January 2024 complaint from resident Dave Shenker about Phoenixville Road had been resolved; the minutes record that no formal action was taken previously, but the truck in question was registered and relocated to the property’s backyard.
The commission received a monthly report from Zoning Enforcement Officer J. Gigliotti noting one permit issued related to a run-in with a tack room on Singleton Road and one Certificate of Zoning Compliance for a new single-family residence on Phoenixville Road. The meeting adjourned at 7:49 p.m.
