Applicant Adam Bernardin told the commission the kennel is clean and organized and that he plans to add a canopy cover over the kennel area. Commissioners noted there were no complaints on record. Pete Fiasconaro moved to renew the special permit, Randy Godaire seconded, and the motion carried without opposition.
The renewal allows the kennel to continue operating under the conditions of SP19-103; the commission did not record any conditions or changes to the permit in the meeting minutes.
