- Job descriptions updated for FLSA: The commission directed staff to add Exempt/Non-Exempt FLSA designations to all job descriptions (motion by Commissioner Jason Bennett; second by Commissioner Frances Shipman; unanimous).
- Appointments and procurement: Reappointments and appointments approved included Cleveland Holmes to the Personnel Board, Twana Purifoy Anderson to the DHR Board (term to Oct. 1, 2027), and Rena Jones to the Southeast Alabama EMS Council. Procurement approvals included janitorial products via Omnia (Cintas) and carpet cleaning for the Eufaula Courthouse (Skedaddle Cleaning Services, LLC) for $1,699.99. The E-911 board was authorized to purchase property in Eufaula for a new communications center (motion by Commissioner Jason Bennett; second by Commissioner Eric Pomeroy; unanimous).
Most votes were recorded as unanimous in the minutes; the highway personnel and pay redistribution motion was the only item showing a split roll call (5–2). The minutes record motions, seconds and vote outcomes but do not include parcel prices or the E-911 property funding source.
