Later in the meeting Taft Dillashaw moved to suspend the rules of reading Ordinance No. 011-2024; Greg Brown seconded and the council approved the motion unanimously. Taft Dillashaw then moved to pass Ordinance No. 011-2024 (adopting the 2021 International Building Code); Terry Shabel seconded and roll call again returned unanimous yea votes.
Taft Dillashaw moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Greg Brown; the council adjourned at 6:51 p.m. Council Member Susan Eller was recorded as absent for the meeting.
