Red Oak City Council unanimously appoints Carrie Shalters as finance manager-clerk

The council held a roll-call vote that was recorded as "all ayes," and the motion carried unanimously.
City Administrator Lisa A. Kotter documented roll call showing five councilmembers present: Tim Fridolph, Sharon Bradley, Brian Bills, Jeanice Lester and Adam Heitbrink; Bradley and Bills participated remotely. The council recorded that there were no public comments during the meeting.
Mayor Pro Tem Fridolph adjourned the special meeting at 3:47 p.m., saying all agenda items had been completed. The minutes were attested in writing by Mayor Shawnna L. Silvius and City Administrator Lisa A. Kotter.
