Otis Cultural Council elects officers, confirms $6,000 FY26 town allotment

Jeanne Randorf subsequently nominated Carole Burke for secretary; Deb Fogel seconded and the membership approved that nomination as well. The minutes record both elections as passed by unanimous consent of those present.
The minutes note that Shanon (recorded variably as "Shannon") Albee’s term is up on June 30, 2025; Margie Klein is recorded as the member who will be sworn in to replace that seat. The minutes do not record a formal vote on the membership change; they state only that Margie Klein "will be sworn in as a new member."
