The Finance Committee met Oct. 2, 2025, at Otis Town Hall and approved the minutes from its Sept. 4 meeting after a motion by Susan and a second from Terry. The meeting was called to order at 11 a.m.
Lisa D'Orazio was welcomed back to the board and was nominated by Terry to serve as chair; Lisa accepted the nomination and Susan seconded. "Lisa will chair the committee," the meeting record states. The nomination concluded with the committee confirming the new leadership for the immediate term.
The approval of minutes and the chair nomination were routine procedural actions and drew no further debate. The committee then continued work on drafting a capital expenses policy and discussed next steps for that project. The meeting adjourned at 12:38 p.m.
