After two breaches, Otis commission directs emergency certification and wetlands survey at 0 Stebbins Road

The landowner was directed to cease and desist depositing fill and altering the area; the commission noted the town may investigate costs associated with the breach. Chris Chaffee seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
