Following adoption of Ordinance 13-25, Carlisle City Council voted to enter executive session under Ohio Revised Code 121.22(G)(1) "to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or official." Mr. Michael Kilpatrick moved to enter executive session, Mrs. Debbie Kemper seconded and the motion passed by roll-call vote. Council entered executive session at 7:27 p.m.
